Maja is Operational Process Owner & Team Lead. She partakes in and supports recruitment tasks, assists in optimizing our network of external freelance consultants, and ensures continuous communication with our clients and customers.
She is very passionate about creating the right match between company and consultant, and making sure that people thrive, feel heard and valued.

Maja lives in Aarhus, and she spends a lot of time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking and having a glass of wine alongside good company, and when time allows it, she loves to travel.
