Change Management Agent
The client’s project is in the process of planning a rollout-process in Sales, in which the business is deeply involved. The client needs a consultant who can coordinate, communicate, present and keep reminding the business where they are in the project and what the project needs from them.
The consultant must be familiar with the Change management process, however they are looking for an “agent” who can drive the process not take over.
The consultant will sometimes need to take the initiative, but the role is mainly execution.
Furthermore, the consultant must be very structured and coordinated.
Excellent communication skills and experience with presentation work is preferred, e.g. experience with PowerPoint.
In addition, experience with rollout projects and knowledge of Salesforce is a must.
Duration: 6 months
Allocation: Part time
Location: Copenhagen – combination of onsite and remote
