Junior Project Manager
The Project Manager will be a part of a PMO group that supports a global transformation project. The primary purpose of the IT-project is to roll out a new standard template in CRM that will support an organizational change. The new template has already been defined and completed, and thus it will be the project manager’s primary focus to ensure that the roll-out activities are performed in accordance with the overall roll-out plan.
There will be a high degree of repetition in the tasks and the project includes several parallel tracks. Thus, it is of high importance that the profile thrives in a partly administrative role, in which the primary focus is executing with high quality. Simultaneously, it is important that the Project Manager is proactive and can help solve challenges when they arise. Throughout the roll-out, the Project Manager will be in close collaboration with both the primary Project Manager of the CRM roll-out, as well as the IS PMO-group which contains two more Project Managers.
Primary tasks are:
- Ownership of and follow-up on a detailed project plan for CRM roll-out tracks, including a weekly status for business lead
- Facilitation of design meetings and weekly status meetings (internally in teams and with the local business team)
- Identification of stakeholders and the arrangement of various meetings
- Test management in relation to UAT (setup of KANBAN board; introduction to testing during roll-out; follow-up on testing)
This is an ongoing project, with the need of a Project Manager who can quickly enter the role without a long onboarding process. All communication takes place in English, which requires the profile to be proficient in English. The team works in SAP CRM, which is why knowledge of SAP projects is a nice-to-have, but not a need-to-have
