The client’s systems and processes landscape has over the years addressed the different types/forms of invoices that can produce intercompany invoices in different streams (hereafter referred as flows) independently. This resulted in the current status where there is not a standardized solution, many manual processes, and lack of coordination and ownership. The client has prioritized 7 work streams, all with the intention to better standardize and improve the process so they get better in control and have more transactions flowing automatically in their processes.
The Project Manager must:
- Have PM experience from waterfall and agile projects
- Have strong stakeholder management skills (close collaboration with Finance and IT project stakeholders)
- Be the visible ‘driver’ – leading the project team and the change
In addition, experience with PM for projects within finance with intercompany optimizations and experience with SAP projects and maturing IT solutions in quality and production is an advantage.
Period: 01.08.2021 – 28.02.2022 + possible prolongation
Location: Copenhagen – combination of onsite and remote, but primarily onsite
