We are looking for a tech-savvy junior Project Coordinator for our client in central Jutland! 

About the job:

Our client has initiated an exciting innovation project involving activities in AI, embedded development (IoT), and the development of digital platforms. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist and report to the Project Manager and Innovation Specialist in a cross-organizational team. All sub-projects are tied to various forms of technology, providing you with a broad insight into the future of development and innovative work. 

Start: ASAP
Contract length: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Full-time
Central Jutland
English is a necessity, both written and spoken, and Danish is an advantage.

Your tasks may include: 

• Assisting in project management 
• Resource management 
• Team management, acting as a deputy for the team lead in case of absence
• Reporting to the team and steering group
• Continuous follow-up on plans and progress
• Financial status 
• Planning events, hackathons, or workshops 
• Communication plans and preparation of communication regarding project status, progress, and news
• If you have the skills and interest, you may also be responsible for working with internal social media like Yammer and helping your colleagues understand and experience progress and success in the project.

About you: 

• You are a recent graduate in IT, communication, or a similar field.
• You understand what engineers work on and the difference between frontend and backend.
• You have a good grasp of technology and tech-trends and have a good idea of how to enable opportunities to create value for the business.
• You have a budding independent project manager within you and the courage to take charge when necessary.
• You enjoy a fast-paced environment, love that every day is different, and that your tasks vary.
• While there isn’t a fixed project model, it would be an advantage if you have some knowledge of different project models, such as Prince2 and Scrum.

You will receive guidance and support while being encouraged to work independently within a project scope which will promote development and curiosity.
